- Log into your account.
- Click the drop-down button on the top right side of the screen.
- Select “My Account”.
- Enter your new password in the password field.
- Click “Save Changes“ at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.
If you forgot the email address or phone number tied to your account, contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you forgot your password, go to the account login page and click “Forgot your Password?”.
- Sign up for Great Steak Rewards account if you have not already done so, by providing your phone number during your transaction and then registering your account here.
- Ask the crew member to convert your punch card into points for the Great Steak Rewards program*.
- Give your Great Steak frequency card to the crew member.
- We will work with Spendgo to add five (5) points for every one (1) punch to your Great Steak Rewards account.
*Adding these points to your account can take up to 14 business days
If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned Rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock Rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.
Provide your phone number to the staff member at check out and if a Reward is available, the staff member will prompt you to redeem it.
